Zoom Consent

Signature on this permission slip indicates your consent to have your child to access lessons with their tutor via Zoom.

One-to-one sessions will NOT be recorded, and all Zoom online session will be locked during the session, to ensure the security of your child and the privacy of the session.

Snap Session WILL be recorded, but only the main speaker, being me, will be seen in the recording.
